MY HORSEBACK ADVENTUREGuided trail horse ride at Grindstone Stables in New Mexico. Ruidoso offers an array of outdoor activities but I preferred the horse ride. Novice riders like me chose the 1-hour ride through the New Mexico mountains. My horse name was Chango. It was scary but glad I did it.
Ruidoso is a mountain resort town in New Mexico. It is a resort community because of the regions alpine scenery. It is nestled in the Sacramento Mountains in the Lincoln National Forest.
